## Prerequisites

- A laptop with kubectl installed
- No cloud account needed, the cluster is provided

## How delivery works

1. Scope the cohort: Tell us the class size and the exercises. We agree one fixed price.
2. We build the clusters: Each learner or team gets a working cluster before the session starts.
3. Learners connect: Learners run kubectl against their own cluster and start the exercises.
4. We remove everything: After delivery we delete the clusters and all data, so nothing keeps running.

### Is the price really fixed?

Yes. We agree one price for the lab before delivery. Clusters are removed after the session, so there is no surprise bill.

### Do learners need a cloud account?

No. We provide the clusters. Learners only need kubectl on their laptop.

### Who maintains the cluster during class?

The control plane is managed, and we handle upgrades. Your trainers can teach instead of fixing infrastructure.

### What happens to the data afterwards?

We delete the clusters and all learner data after delivery.
